We believe there is a trend brewing in corporate America to give back to society.  With all the recent scandal and greed based suits and news items, coupled with the devastation of hurricanes and other natural disasters, Corporate Motivation is leading a charge and providing a format for corporations to contribute to individuals and groups in need.

As the Director of Sales for a fantastic adventure based training and development firm in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, I noticed something missing from the events taking place.  Although personal and professional transformations continually take place, the communities where the retreats were taking place were not benefiting.  I started Corporate Motivation to create a platform for businesses and groups to “give back” to the communities where they live, work and play.

Corporate Motivation, Inc also has a series of Sustainable Living Workshops and Incentive programs geared toward groups, schools and universities.  These programs provide an opportunity to learn of real sustainable living techniques being used and also to immerse yourself in different cultures.  We have partnered with Kent State University to incorporate a service learning component to these programs.  Please view the programs currently being offered.

We produce and deliver events that are not only new and fresh but also make a positive difference in the lives of each participant. These programs offer businesses a unique opportunity to combine outdoor adventure with productive learning experiences. Services can be delivered at any one of  our preferred resort properties or at the location of your choice.

Corporate Motivation has a host of industry partners that enable us to seamlessly manage all aspects or your incentive or retreat program.  From site selection to ticketing, our “No Worries” guarantee gives you the piece of mind that all is well taken care of.

  Corporate Motivation, Inc encourages our retreat clients to participate in our Carbon Neutral Retreat Program.  We can calculate the amount of emissions that will be generated from our retreat programs, attach a per-person carbon cost, usually no more than $50 per person and invest those dollars in a Carbon Reduction project.
