The Kent State University Office of International Affairs has contracted with Corporate Motivation Inc to provide a key component to the new Corporate Partnership for International Experience.  This program match locally headquartered-corporations to Kent State students that wish to study abroad and provide scholarships to facilitate that study.

The program will contain effective and comprehensive activities focusing on work readiness, leadership, community engagement and work experience. 15-30 student participants will complete pre-employment/work maturity/life skills training on the initial day of the program.  Following pre-employment training, participants will carry out job-specific skills training, based upon the students’ academic majors (e.g. International business, Fashion Design, Education, Architecture, and Communications, etc.).  Following job-specific skills training, participants experience a 1-day, highly engaging, experiential leadership training service learning program.  A ceremony to reflect, thank and congratulate will close the program.
